1.Sponsor

The WillBloom Spring 2026 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by WillBloom Growing Solutions LLC, located at 640 N Greece Rd, PO Box 113, North Greece, NY 14515-9800 (the "Sponsor").

2.Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Monroe County, New York, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the entry date. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4.How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the Giveaway entry page and complete the entry form by submitting your first name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, garbled, mechanically reproduced, generated by bots or scripts, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules are void.

Optional bonus action: Following WillBloom's Facebook Page is encouraged but is not required to enter, and does not increase your chances of winning. All eligible entries — whether the entrant follows on Facebook or not — have an equal chance of being selected.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $708.97. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize.

Store credit terms (3rd prize): The $50 store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only on in-stock products at willbloomsolutions.com. The credit must be used in a single transaction and expires on November 30, 2026. Any unused balance after that date is forfeited.

6.Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7.Winner Selection & Notification

On Sunday, May 10, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM Eastern Time, three (3) winners will be selected at random in a private drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The first name drawn will receive 1st place; the second, 2nd place; the third, 3rd place. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Winners will be notified privately by email at the address provided on their entry form within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor will publicly announce the confirmed winners on or about Sunday, May 17, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM Eastern Time, on the WillBloom website and social channels, subject to each winner's acceptance of their prize and completion of any required release documents.

8.Prize Claim & Delivery

Prizes must be claimed in person at WillBloom's Rochester, NY location, or arrangements made with Sponsor for delivery within Monroe County, within thirty (30) days of winner notification. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release prior to receiving any prize.

9.Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, city of residence, and likeness in any future Sponsor marketing or promotional materials, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10.Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The email address you provide on your entry form will be used solely to contact you if you are selected as a winner, unless you separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor by checking the optional opt-in box on the entry form. Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win the Giveaway. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11.General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or violating these Official Rules.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

12.Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. All disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.

13.Winners List
