Returns Eligibility

* 30-day money-back guarantee from date of delivery.
* Full refund on product cost — even on opened or partially used bags.
* We want you to try the program. If you're not happy with the 
  results, we'll refund you.

Shipping & Return Costs

* Fertilizer is heavy and expensive to ship. Because of this:
   * Original shipping costs are non-refundable
   * Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
* In many cases, return shipping may be similar to or exceed the 
  original shipping cost — please factor this in before starting 
  a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

* If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 
  7 days.
* We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund including 
  all shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be 
  issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping costs (original and return) are not refunded unless the 
  return is due to our error.
