Directions

How to apply.

  • Apply every 4–6 weeks during the growing season — spring, early summer, late summer, and fall for a 4-application program.
  • Broadcast 3.6 lb per 1,000 sq ft with a rotary spreader. Overlap by 6 ft for smooth coverage.
  • With a drop spreader, avoid overlap and shut the spreader off on turns to prevent burn stripes.
  • Sweep fertilizer off concrete immediately — don't wash it off. Iron can stain concrete and walkways on oxidation.
  • Water the lawn lightly after application to move nutrients into the root zone.
