How to apply.

  • Identify pest activity first — brown patches, visible insects, or perimeter pest pressure around the home.
  • Broadcast 3.33 lb per 1,000 sq ft evenly with a spreader for full lawn coverage.
  • For perimeter treatment, apply in a 6–10 ft band around the structure at the same rate.
  • Water lightly after application unless rain is expected within 24 hours.
  • New York note: one repeat application allowed, no sooner than 2 weeks after the first.
